Submounts and Subcarriers

sabah 88 lotto provides ceramic submounts for semiconductor laser diodes and photodiodes in fiber-optic communication modules. Both aluminum nitride (AlN) and aluminum oxide (alumina, Al2O3) ceramic materials are available. The ceramic submounts are possible to supply with thin-film resistors and Au-Sn thin film for either laser diode or photodiode attachment.

Aluminum Nitride (AlN) Submounts

sabah 88 lotto offers both multilayer and single-layer AlN substrates. Multilayer AlN features thermal conductivity of 150W/mK, with an electrical ground layer integrated into the structure, and a precision-machined step. Three versions of the single-layer AlN substrates are available: with thermal conductivity values of 170, 200 and 230W/mK. AlN ceramics have a coefficient of thermal expansion comparable to that of indium phosphorus (InP) or gallium arsenide (GaAs).

Integrated Subcarriers

sabah 88 lotto offers integrated subcarriers based on multilayer alumina (Al2O3) ceramic technology, which has a low tangent delta. A cavity, differential pair lines and multiple ground via holes are made in the integrated subcarriers to mount an optical waveguide, photodiodes, and transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs).
